I know where to create the task and generally what to look for, but I don't see any option that would suffice for our situation.

We want to utlize the "Password Reports" with "Users with Change Password at Next Logon". 

We then want to use the "Refine Result" of "When Created" 

This is where the issue lies, or I don't understand the options.

We want:

Users with change password at next logon WHEN CREATED = greater than or equal to 30 days

Ultimately we want any account that was created, and their password has not been changed in 30 days or greater to be reset.

If I select the option "Greater than or equal to" it asks for a date. We don't want it to be a static date, we want it to continually look for accounts created greater than or equal to 30 days or older.

If I choose the "General Reports" and then "Recently Created Users" and enter "30" days. Then "Refine Results" and do "Password status is must change password", that means any user within 30 days that have "must change" would have their password reset. It's not what we want either.

Any help in configuring the following process would be appreciated
