Deleting 100 at a time takes forever...

Previously we used the Agent-scanner but that was turned off several years ago and now I've recently activated the SCCM scanner.

Now I want to clear out ALL items not present in the latest scan from SCCM, all other objects should be deleted.

How do I go about this?
