How difficult can it be to get a working SSL in place for SDP?

How difficult can it be to get a working SSL in place for SDP?

I am so frustrated! I just got off another call with Manage Engine support, this coming on the heels of having a Manage Engine person actually onsite. The problem? We can't seem to get a working SSL certificate enabled for Service Desk Plus. I've got a team of guys who can install certs all day long and have not had a lick of trouble doing so. Yet when it comes to installing a Verisign cert for SDP...and following the knowledge base instructions to the letter we're still sitting here with no working SSL.

My rant comes down to this. I want a clear cut, easy to follow, verified that it actually works, documented procedure for installing an SSL. I don't think this is too much to ask as I need to have this fixed. What is out there now flat out doesn't work and hasn't got it done...and again I have no reason to suspect my staff doesn't know what they're doing...heck even with giving full remote control to ME to put it in themselves I'm still in the same position I was 2 months ago...

When repeated calls to tech support get me no closer, when I've got ME people onsite and nothing changes...frankly I'm at the point it's time to go public and force the spotlight on this so that I can finally get some relief.

Frustrated....and not from the heat in Las Vegas either....
