How delete alarm recognized

How delete alarm recognized

Hi, I download OpManager 7.0 and I want to compare with MOM, but I had a problem. When I clear or delete an alarm, when this alarm is reproduced, I want just receive only one mail for this alarm, I don't want only this alarm returns one second time.
