How count the licenses for techs
Please can you explain me how exactly were the licenses for the technicians count.
E.g. I have a SDP installation with users A, B, C, D, E, F, G,.. etc. Furthermore I have three instances:
In the default instance IT Helpdesk - A+B should act as techs,
In the instance1 - B+C should act as techs,
In the instance - C+D+E should act as techs.
What is the total number of tech licences I need?
(A+B and B+C and C+D+E), in total -> 7?
(A, B, C, D, D), in total -> 5, since tech user is counted only once, regardless in how many instances he acts as a tech?
