HOW COME: Associate Incidents to Problem doesnt see my requests generated by "Service catalog"
I'm trying to associate an incident with a problem.
But how come I only see the request that were created trough "requests/new incident" and not those that were created trough "service catalog"?
I don't have this problem if I try to associate a problem with "changes" only if I try to associate it with a problem.
So why is that and how can I resolve this matter?
