How Change Owner select box members selected
In an existing change, under the ROLES section, when I try to select a CHANGE OWNER, only 2 names come up and i can't tell why they are selected and not the other 2 technicians.
What is the criteria for being in that pick list and how do I make sure ALL technicians I want are in there?
