Dear All,

We have created a Incident Template in which the "Assets(s)" field is mandatory for the Requester where they will select the specific asset from which they are facing the issue. Now, once the request is submitted we're updating the request description accordingly (as shown below) but on the asset (variable) it is taking the Asset ID instead of Asset Name.

How can we get/set the selected "Asset Names" on the description of the request once the request is submitted?
