In the Changes module there is not a filter or column name for Implementer?

We need to create some type of view for Technicians who are Implementers.

Is this possible?

Either in the Changes tab or the Home Page on the Technicians Homepage or a Dashboard Widget?

I looked at the Reports module and the reports do not even have Implementer.

The same for the field Reviewer.
