Dear All,

We have created a Service Request Template namely "Request for User Information Update" with the Request Additional Fields such as:

a) Display Name

b) First Name

c) Middle Name

d) Last Name

e) Login Name

f) Department

g) Mobile

h) Reporting To

We would like Auto. populate current login requester details on the request additonal fields once the User access the Request Template.

We've created this template for the Requester who would like to perform some changes on their current profile details.
