How can the requester conversate with the technician?

How can the requester conversate with the technician?

Hello,

when viewing a request as a technician, the taskpanel shows 'E-mail the technician'. This mail will be added to the conversation history.

But when viewing a request as a requester, the 'E-mail technician' task is not available. How can the requester send some extra info to the technician from SD? (In a way the mail will be logged in the conversation history )
