Dear All,
We've configured (created) a Survey Custom report which will demonstrate the Survey Ratings which is "Poor" or "Not Satisfied" with Survey responded time of Today.
Now, if a New Survey with Low/Poor Rating has been added in the Report Today. Can I trigger an Email notification to the Concern?
I was looking into functionality of "Custom Schedule" were I can keep my custom survey report as Arguments and trigger the action every hour but How can I write the New Custom Schedule Function Script so that It can send the notification if a New record has been added to the report?
Please can you help me to achieve this scenario.
