How can i integrate my exisiting ServiceDesk Plus with Zabbix/Nagios ?
Hi,
A Company i'm working for is currently using ServiceDesk Plus.
We're currently looking for opensource monitoring tools , after our internal evaluation , we are going to consider Zabbix as our first priority. However we need Zabbix to send notification and create ticket on our existing SDP.Do you have any suggestion / tutorial for doing such that?
