How can I hide certain support Reps from the Customer Portal?
Hi
We have a few support Reps for admin purposes only. I only whish two of our Support Reps to be shown to our customers in the Support Portal.
Is this possible, if so how can I do this? Looking at the settings I couldn't see a way to do it.
