How can I have shared folders running on Apache Tomcat?

I am attempting to have a tech volume on the same server as my SDP software and instead of installing IIS, I would like to utilize the Apache Tomcat that currently exists on the server.
How can I web share folders using Apache Tomcat that is being used by SDP software?
