Hi,

I've created a 'Role' for some of the technicians in our remote office to be able to manage requests and assets.

I also want them to be able to create or edit existing requesters to update the details for users at their site, however I cannot figure out how to do this. I've had a look on the forums, and there are a few references to using the'Editing Requester' permission in the Role under 'Advanced Permission'. I have that ticked, along with 'Adding Requester', however it does not give them permission to create or edit Requesters (The Admin tab is not visible). Do these Advanced Permissions simply mean they can edit the Requester of the request, not the requester themselves?

If so, is there any way to achieve what I am trying to do? I don't want to give them access to things like Purchase etc, which giving them the predefined system Admin roles seems to do, which is the only way I've found so far to allow them to edit requesters - but this is too much access.
