How can I find the linked Jira Ticket keys after integration in the SDPOD request API
We use ServiceDesk Plus cloud for helpdesk requests and Jira for Engineering development tasks. Sometimes our users submit incidents in ServiceDesk Plus that are meant for Engineering, so our Helpdesk staff creates a jira ticket from a servicedesk plus ticket via the current Jira integration in Servicedesk Plus.
This integration works well except attachments don't migrate over to the jira ticket from servicedesk plus.
I was told recently that attachments are currently not supported in the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud to Jira Cloud Integration so I'm trying to copy over attachments via the ServiceDesk Plus cloud API.
I found where the attachments are listed in /api/v3/requests/{{request_id}}, but where can I find where the linked jira tickets keys or ids are? what is the endpoint for that? (if exists)
