Approval UI is confusing for end-user

Approval UI is confusing for end-user

I have SDF-112141 regarding the confusing UI for approval, but I can't tell if it's being implemented or not.

Our users have a hard time with Approvals since they can’t figure out why the Approve or Reject button doesn’t work




Everywhere else in the application Mandatory fields are denoted by a red *

But not here in the Approvals view.

 

There is also no indication on what to do when hoovering the Approve, Reject and Need Clarification fields.

The cursors turn into a Parking Forbidden sign but there is no OnHover/Alt-Text or something that explains that a Comment

is needed to progress.
