Week-over-week, we report on a couple of metrics from the week prior
Number of requests Opened for a support group.
Number of requests Closed for a support group.
We've been able to produce those numbers, but what I can't seem to figure out is how to produce
Number of tickets created that were closed in less than 24 hours (Completed requests closed < 24 HOURS)
Any help would be appreciated.
