I was looking for a way to generate a reporting with sum of time elapsed for requests and I found some orientations to use query report. 

I'm looking in my report tab but I can't find any option to create a query report. I have the SDAdmin role assigned and our plan is the "Standard". Is this function available in this plan?

When I click on "Query Report" tab, I can only see the folder "Survey Reports".
