How can I create a new Exchange user for which received mail is forwared to an external SMTP address?
We have a class of users who have internal AD IDs and Exchange Mailboxes who are also configured with a Contact address with their personal e-mail addresses. We use these to forward mail to these folks personal accounts.
Our current practice is to create the Contact in Exchange 2010 and the AD ID and Mailbox, then setting up forwarding in their mailbox definition.
Can we set this up with ADManager Plus? Ideally as a single template, but two templates are OK. It would be nice to do this as a single operation, but we could cope.
