How Can Gaming Desktop Concepts Improve Endpoint Visibility

Hello Pitstop community,

While going through the discussions on pitstop.manageengine.com, I noticed many teams mention the difficulty of keeping tabs on endpoints that go offline or are only intermittently connected. Quick visibility into these machines is often essential for maintaining smooth operations.

One idea that came to mind is inspired by gaming desktop performance monitoring. In that environment, users can instantly view real-time stats, track system health, and receive alerts when something goes wrong. Translating this into Endpoint Central could mean having a “priority device” dashboard that shows live status updates, recent activity, and sends automatic alerts when a device drops offline.

Has anyone here tried an approach that offers instant visibility into high-priority devices? It would be interesting to see how different teams are tackling this challenge and whether similar concepts could be officially integrated in future updates.

Looking forward to the discussion.
