how can a user send a complaint for a closed ticket?

how can a user send a complaint for a closed ticket?

hello all

I have the following question: What do you do for users that do not agree in the resolution? If the resolution is not working, and/or user is not satisfied, is there a possibility to send back the ticket to the same technicien that solved the incident?

I couldn't find a button to activate, neither found a mail function for that.

Any inputs welcome 8)
