How can a Technician use the Revoke Lifecycle action on a ticket ? What is the role needed to be able to do this ?.

How can a Technician use the Revoke Lifecycle action on a ticket ? What is the role needed to be able to do this ?.

Some of my technicians cannot use the Revoke Lifecycle, and as we just migrated to the cloud from an on premises account, tickets got stuck without being able to change their status without doing this.

We are not sure what Role is needed so that they can use this action on a ticket.
