How can a technician specify a Request Closure Code when closing a request?

How can a technician specify a Request Closure Code when closing a request?

I have not found a way to specify a closure code when setting a request to closed. How can I do this, e.g. add a closure code "can not be reproduced"? (I have defined them in the Settings -> Helpdesk  -> Request Closure Code.)
