ServiceDesk Plus is often associated with IT Service Management but we are curious to know how many organizations are using it beyond the IT team.
For example, HR teams might use it for employee onboarding or exit requests, Facilities could use it for maintenance and workplace related requests and Finance might use it for purchase or reimbursement requests.
