How are Mandatory Fields in Request Form mandatory??
Hi there
I have set up some additional fields in my Request Form and set them as Mandatory fields (they are pick lists).
However, there doesn't seem to be anything mandatory about them in that there doesn't seem to be any requirement to fill them on creating the request or on closing it. The default is displayed as '-', I would have thought this would have to be changed to one of the items in the pick list.
Is there something else I need to do or am I misunderstanding the purpose of mandatory fields??
