Hi,

we are try-ing to populate the Asset Explorer with the actual buy order of our assets.

My goal was to try to insert an order of 5 august, that about in 10 day was approved and in september the assets was delivered.

So I start to insert the PO order of acquire with real date 5 august.

But after the insert of the "create PO" phase wih it original date of 5 august, the AE say me that the order is now expired and so I cannot move the order to approval and effective order and so I cannot report that the asset was meanwhile delivered.

What I'm wrong ?

Is possible to insert in Asset Explorer the history of old asset with their acquire orders ?
