Users are getting fed up of being asked multiple questions and are forgetting the answers or mistyping them.

Banks use their own system of password reset which is much more simple but and the same time secure.

If the registered security question is 'What is the first part of the name of the street you live in?' and the Answer is 'Portland'

ADSelfservice should ask 'Please enter the 3rd,5th and 8th characters of your security answer?'

Obviusly the characters requested would be any 3 random characters in the answer.

The user would then enter 'rld'.

Please implement this type of security question.

It would be a feature no other product on the market has.
