Note :
a) All Customers using version 5500 and above can download this hotfix and apply it to the existing installation so as to migrate to 6.0 version. After applying the hotfix, the build version will change to 6001.

b) It is recommended to test the patch on a test server before using it on the production server

a) Stop ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service
b) Take a backup of the existing configuration and data using [ServiceDesk-Home]\bin\backupdata.bat ( backupdata.sh )
c) Invoke UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh)
d) Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the hotfix.
e) Start ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service
