Hotfix Install Procedure
When installing hotfixes the intructions always advise to;
"Take a backup of the Desktop Central installation directory (<Install_Dir>/DesktopCentral_Server) to avoid any data loss during the upgrade process."
This is an awfully long process on our server requiring gigabytes of data to be backed up each time even though the hotfixes are generally only around 35MB?
Isnt there a way that the hotfix install procedure can automatically backup the relevant files rather than the administrator having to manually back up the entire folder each time before an update can be carried out?
