Hotfix for build 5008

Dear Users,

We have released a hotfix to migrate ServiceDesk Plus to build 5008. This hotfix is aimed to fix the 100 % CPU issue when Request tab is selected. We are further working on enhancing the performance of the application.

Instructions to apply the hotfix

1. Stop ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service.
2. Invoke UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux installation of SD+) from [ServiceDesk-Home]\\bin folder
3. At the start of patch installation, option will pop up to take backup of data. If latest backup has not been taken, use the option to take backup of data
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the HotFix.
5. Start ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Service.
6. Please clear the cache, cookies & history for the browser before connecting client.

Issues fixed in this hotfix:

* Issue of CPU shooting to 100 % when Request tab is clicked is fixed. This fix also tunes the performance of Request list view.
* Last mail checked time (to fetch emails) is displayed in 'Mail server settings' page. This will be helpful to check the availability of mail processing unit.
* Issue of Requesters able to view other request (request not raised by them) details by changing request id in the URL is fixed.
* CreatedDate shown twice in request reports based on Created Date is fixed
* Tool top of delete icon of notes in request details page is set to show proper text.
