A hotfix to build 7500 has been released. The service pack (7514) can be downloaded from the below link.

The new build 7514 addresses the following Enhancements / Issues.
Enhancements in this ServicePack :
Caching enabled for default and referred site data like BusniessRules, ServiceLevelAgreement(SLA),Operational Hours, Holidays and Timezones.
Following Performance Intensive operations can be turned off based on a configuration in the Globalconfig table entry.
SD-22839: Refresh Timer in Request List View page.
SD-22840: "Recent Items" view in the Request view.
SD-22841: "All Request" filter in the Request List View filters.
By default all the fields ( Refresh Timer / Recent Items / All Request filter ) are enabled. Based on your requirement, this can be disabled on the Globalconfig table entries, which requires a restart of servicedesk plus service.
Behavior Change
Search , Sort option for the column "Request Template" in the Request List View has been removed.
Issues Fixed in this ServicePack
SD-22962 : On spot editing the request, site field leads to empty list.
SD-21884: Description content is getting removed while creating request through certain mail client like kerio, etc..
Instructions to apply the hotfix :
1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Service. Take a backup using backupData.bat under <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder.
2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix.
5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
