A hotfix to build 7500 has been released. The service pack (7513) can be downloaded from the below link.

The new build 7513 addresses the following issue.

Issue Fixed in this ServicePack

   1. SD-22797: Creating a request from self-service portal login by a requester associated to a site, request gets created with the site field as "Not in Any Site".

Users using builds 7500 to 7509, 7511 (which was revoked due to problem in the build), 7512 can install this Servicepack for migrating to the latest build to address the above listed issue.

Instructions to apply the hotfix :

1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Service. Take a backup using backupData.bat under <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder.
2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix.
5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
