Hotfix 7508 Released

Dear Users,

A hotfix to build 7500 has been released. The service pack (7508) can be downloaded from the below link.

The new build 7508 addresses the following issues. Web pages will be updated soon.

SD-20692 : NullPointer Exception upon clicking the Request approval link and subsequently unable to approve the request.
SD-20601 : Upon editing a request and changing the template, request fields value gets populated for all the fields, instead only for the empty fields.
SD-20663 : NullPointer Exception upon clicking the "select resources for this contract link" while creating a new contract or editing an existing contract in MSSQL.

Instructions to apply the hotfix :

1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Service. Take a backup using backupData.bat under <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder.
2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix.
5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
