HOTFIX 7025

I am trying to apply hotfix 7025 and it's stuck at 98% complete. I just called into support and was told the one person who does support has gone home!!!

WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Support for OpManager really sucks. thanks for taking our money.
