Following are the list of issues that got fixed in this 7020 hotfix.
1. SD-11584 - Request notifications sent in Asynchronous mode is reverted to Synchronous mode which fixes issues like
a. Requests cannot be edited and updated.
b. Notifications cannot be sent.
c. Any scheduled task like Preventive Maintenance task, Backup schedule, etc., are not getting executed.
Impact of the above change is that upon request addition, notifications will be sent from the user thread and hence the operation may looks slow which is further depends upon the number of notifications configured / enabled . Above is a temporary fix, we will bring back the asynchronous notification in our subsequent hotfix.
2. SD-11567 - Null pointer exception occurred while upgrading to 7019.This happens when the custom filter / reports / business rule has, "Column Name contains none" as criteria.
3. SD-11579 - Unable to navigate to next / previous page on All Expired contracts in list view.
4. SD-11566 - Workorder status change within completed status type "Close" to "Resolved" etc., is not properly updated in the history.
5. SD-11580 - Unable to detach all Business Services from Assets.
6. SD-11581 - Unable to associate an asset to multiple resources through Add Connection Relationship.
7. SD-10437 - Unable to add new Business Rule in French and Russian Language.
8. SD-11546 - Incorrect translation for text "if resolution time is elapsed then escalate", while creating a new SLA in Brazilian Portuguese Language.
9. SD-10528 - In Brazilian Portuguese Language, Incorrect translation for Email configuration in Spam filter.
Instructions to apply the hotfix :
1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server. Take a backup using backupData.bat under <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. 2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool. 3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...". 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix. 5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
Please note that the changes done to wrapper.conf under <ServiceDesk_home>/server/default/conf/wrapper.conf needs to be configured again. Generally memory parameter
