1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server. Take a backup using backupData.bat under <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. 2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool. 3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...". 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix. 5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
Please note that the changes done to wrapper.conf under <ServiceDesk_home>/server/default/conf/wrapper.conf needs to be configured again. Generally memory parameter wrapper.java.maxmemory=512 will be configured.

SD-9325 - Issue with item price with Non-English locale, price that is specified as 1234 is getting reset to 1.234. 7. SD-9218 - NumberFormatException during addition of Preventive-Maintenance task when a non-existing requester name has been specified. 8. SD-8963 - Welcome NULL getting displayed in Survey details page instead of the user name when SSO is enabled. 9. SD-8962 - Unable to add email address starting with �_� when adding/editing a user. 10. SD-9239 - Unable to associate asset to a contract in German language. 11. SD-8824 - Issue with Region list view, there was a message stating �No Region exists in the system� even if one or more regions were available. 12. SD-9227 - Default value for number of records shown in list view of Department has been changed from 10 to 100. 13. SD-9022 - Scanned Software List View title in Japanese language not displayed properly in IE7. 14. SD-9220 - Table schema for Request module and Resources module in Reports have been updated. 1. Added the following tables under Requests module: i. UrgencyDefinition ii. ImpactDefinition iii. SubCategoryDefinition iv. ItemDefinition. 2. Added a new table �Resource_Fields � under Resources module. 3. Modified the table �ComponentType� under Resources module. 15. SD-9223 - �Add Task� and �Add Reminder� under Actions menu in Requests module are show as same text in German language. 16. SD-8585 - Different text used for �To� option in the email page and �To� option in calendar page in Japanese language. 17. SD-9213 - The text �Shutting down� has been spelled wrongly as �Shuting down� during service shut down process.
