Hi,

The hotfix 7001 for ServiceDesk Plus 7.0 has been released. For your kind note : This hotfix is for customers who are running 7.0 version only.
6.0 customers need to wait for the upgrade pack till next month.

Issues fixed in this update :

* Change Tab not displayed in Non-English OS.
* Requester's assets not populated in the New Request form when selected through Search User option.
* Request fields are compressed in 'New Request' form in self-service portal.
* Configuring 'Single Sign On' without importing users throws a blank screen.
* When creating a worklog for a change, modifying the executed time from the current time is not saving the information.
* Doing a Reply from a conversation does not show the details in the request page.
