Hotfix 6009
Hi All,
Version 6.0 now comes up with another hotfix. The latest build version is 6009.

Here is about more than a couple of dozen issues fixed in this hotfix.

* Data restore was failing due to presence of ^@ characters in backup files is fixed.
* Duplicate entry error was thrown while restoring data is fixed.
* \r\n characters where present in Notification mail after taking back up is fixed.
* Issue with Scheduled AD Import is fixed [Includes the fix for MSSQL].
* OU enumeration problem during AD import and Domain scan when OU name had some special character is fixed.
* Server was getting crashed when clicking on Global View in certain Non English language is fixed.
* Emails were not getting received and processed when sender's mail id contain single quote (') is fixed.
* Time spent was not set properly when a request was closed from onhold state is fixed.
* Subcategory and Item set in Preventive Maintenance task is not getting set in Request is fixed.
* Unable to copy a workstation is fixed.
* Unable to view the Request from workstation details page with Non-Admin role is fixed.
* Unable to edit a Periodic Preventive Maintenance task is fixed.
* In Request, Custom Views do not show the filtered requests unless a Technician have the admin rights is fixed.
* Image not getting added when inserted as part of new request is fixed.
* Total RAM Size was not fetched properly in certain High end servers is fixed.
* Request default values were clashing with template values is fixed.
* In Request details page the 'view all conversation' link was not shown until a reply is sent for the request is fixed.
* Notification was sent to group when some other field is updated is fixed.
* In Asset list view page Double line of text for Product were getting displayed is fixed.
* Workstation list view was shown with ? even for assigned workstation is fixed.
* Approval gets submitted even if cancel button is clicked is fixed.
* When adding task even if the end date was later than the start date the date validation was fired is fixed.
* Resolution field marked as Mandatory in Request closing rules was accepting blank values in Resolution tab is fixed.
* Requester Job title cannot set to blank value is fixed.
* In MSSQL Software names with '[' or ']' were getting duplicated is fixed.
* Resolution column not displayed in TimeSpent report is fixed.
* Default value was not getting set if two or more UDF pick list values were same is fixed.
* HTML tag value like ' ' was showing in Report is fixed.
* Scheduled report in CSV format and Inline HTML format is fixed.
* Approval content is in single line in 'Submit for Approval' notify window when Global formatting is set to Plain text format is fixed.
* Announcement contents were not properly aligned in IE is fixed.
