Hotfix : New hotfix released - 7002 build

Users,

A new hotfix (7002 build ) has been released. This hotfix is applicable for 7000 and 7001 builds only. The hotfix can be downloaded from archives.adventnet.com/service-desk/7002/AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_7_0_0_SP-0_2_0.ppm

New features in this service pack:

* While adding a new request through request template, necessary tasks can be selected to get added
* Option to close requests only when the associated tasks are closed can be configured under Admin -> Request Closing rules
* Dynamic addition of user when AD authentication is enabled. No need to sync with AD for adding the new user in ServiceDesk Plus.
* Requests Inbound graph in global view will also show the completed requests during that time

Issues fixed in this service pack :

* Setting Description as mandatory while closing a request is not working is fixed
* Scanning after assigning of workstations sets the state back to 'In Store' is fixed
* Item list for a subcategory shows only 10 rows even if there are more
* Selection of technician notification for task assignment in Admin -> Notification rules is not maintained is fixed
* Earlier Urgency, Priority fields are visible in the admin configurations for SDP Standard / Professional edition. Now those fields are visible only in Enterprise edition
* Categories are not listed in alpha order is resolved.
* Editing a workstation when running is MSSQL throws exception is fixed
* CSV imports of requesters does not fetch the login name is fixed
* SDP server not starting when installed as Standard Edition in linux OS is fixed
* Multiple requests are getting generated when Requester clicks Add Request multiple times is avoided
* Issue of Audit settings configuration cannot be saved has been resolved

Hotfix can be applied by invoking the UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh) under <servicedesk_home>/bin directory. Please take a backup of data before upgrading by invoking the backupData.bat under <servicedesk_home>/bin directory.

We recommend to upgrade in test environment before moving to production server.
