Hot Fix 6013 for OpManager Released!
Hi Users!
This hot fix has some good news for those who reported problems in business views.
Note: This hot fix can be applied only over the Professional/Premium Editions with build numbers 6010 or above.
The details of the fixes available in this Hot Fix 6013 are listed below:
1. Business View related issues fixed are:
* Device Not getting listed in Business View Properties Page
* Unable to add/delete a device in the Business view
* Broken link in the web client
* Unable to delete a business view if there is any device in the Business view with the Business view name
* The device not getting listed in the Business View if the device name starts with *bv*
2. Support for integration with Https-enabled ServiceDesk Plus.
3. Issue of OpManager not being able to fetch the Interface details after rediscovery, is fixed
4. Newly added Windows Services not getting listed in the Notification Profile criteria list, is fixed
5. Header Info text appearing in the SMS based email alert, is removed
6. All Windows Servers not getting listed when associating a Windows service using QCW, is Fixed
7. Device display name not shown in the All Servers Availability Report for some devices, is fixed
8. Issue of not being able to monitor aspx sites if there is direct internet connection (without proxy), is fixed
