Hostresource.xml documentation for parsing output?

I've had a search and I can't find anything.

I've modified Shawn Jefferson's vbs script to check the value of the MS Exchange IS transport temporary tables (emails get occasionally stuck in here).

Across two different servers the output of the script varies and I need to take the TempTableCurrent values reported for each server and monitor this with a threshold across intervals.

Is there any documentation for the hostresource.xml syntax I could use to parse this output :
