Host name changing in Opmanager pro

Host name changing in Opmanager pro

I had migrated few of our server to another domain so after doing that the FQDN of server has changed (from: devicename.ugamsolutions.co.in to devicename.ugamsolutions.com)
Need an option through which we can directly change the IPadress & FQDN(Host name) for the devices
