Host Header Name and using Port 80

I've just successfully installed the AdSelf Service application, but there is a problem with our firewall.
I have to make the service accessible from outside our intranet (for field service), but I can't open any other port than TCP 80 due to security regulations in our company.
Is there any chance to integrate the AdSelf Service into the Microsoft IIS (W 2003 Server running), or can I specify the TCP 80 Port for the Application and create a host header name?
It is not possible to make the application reachable on Port 80 without a host header name, because it would be a security risk (in this case you could access the AdSelf Service by entering the IP-Address of the Server).
I guess there must be a solution since many companys block any other port than 80.
To summarize my question:
Is it possible to specify a host header name for AdSelf Service using Port 80?
