Home selection on Toolbar for read-only access users

I know this has been discussed before but is there any way for OpManager users with read-only access to have a "Home" selection on the main toolbar? Why would this view not be available? It seems like a very useful feature for help desk and executive management operational overview.

Also, I thought OpManager7 was going to offer the ability to select availability reporting with a daily operational time window (like 9am - 5pm /6am - 6pm by now. We always used that function in OpManager6 to capture meaningful reporting metrics our senior management wanted to know to insure we meet SLAs. If that is not going to be available it is very likely we will look at a replacement product.
