High CPU-load all the time
Hi all,
after the sucessfull installation of OPManager on a Windows XP-Host (768 MB RAM, 1,8 GHz) i've recognized that the CPU-load is permanently above 80 percent.
I'm monitoring about 150 servers (Windows 2000, Solaris, HP-UX), 200 Switches/Routers and a few printers.
I've reduced the monitoring interval to 10 Minutes for each item (except printers, set to 60 Minutes.)
The javaw.exe process is consuming about 40-50 percent, also the MySQL-service.
Should I switch to a monitoring machine with more performance ?
And the Java-based client ist also very slow.
Accessing the machine over the webinterface ist a bit better.
