Hiding Requet History from Requester
Is it possible to specify what information in the History of a Request is shown to the Requester or to simply switch that tab on or off?
The requester should not be concerned with the details of the request i.e. who performed what action. The discussion is all information they really need and it is up to the IT department how they resolve the issue.
Displaying names of technicians only lead to requesters trying to contact them directly.
Any views on that?
