hiding 'Department' and 'SLA' in Request Detail form (editing ticket)

hiding 'Department' and 'SLA' in Request Detail form (editing ticket)

Hi,

is there a way to hide fields DEPARTEMENT and SLA in ticket editing form? 
I can hide these fields in incident template but I need to hide them also when editing ticket.
