Hiding a category to a logged contact

Hiding a category to a logged contact

Hi,

we are actually testing in our company SC, and we would like to know if it is possible to hide a category to a contact or a group.

For examples customers [A] should not be able to see the category which involves internal tickets, and should just see the category company [A] with its sub category.

could you please tell us how to set this up ?
